These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of internet and related connectivity services by Utility Connect (Pty) Ltd (“Utility Connect”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to any customer (“the Client”, “you”, “your”).
By applying for, using, or continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Services Offered

Utility Connect provides internet connectivity services to residential and business customers, including but not limited to:

Wireless Internet

Home Fibre

Business Fibre

Business Broadband

LTE Services

Service availability is subject to network coverage, third-party infrastructure, and technical feasibility.

4. Application and Activation

All service applications are subject to acceptance by Utility Connect.
We reserve the right to decline or delay activation where service is not technically feasible or where required documentation is incomplete.

Installation and activation timelines are estimates only and may be affected by third-party providers.

5. Contract Terms

Contract terms are To Be Advised (TBA).

Until confirmed otherwise, services may be provided on a provisional or interim basis.

Once contract terms are finalised, updated terms may be communicated to clients and published on our website.

6. Pricing and Billing

Pricing is as quoted at the time of order or as published on our website.

All prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Billing frequency, payment methods, and due dates will be communicated separately.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Fair Usage and Acceptable Use

Utility Connect may apply a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to ensure network stability and fair access for all users.

Clients may not use the services for:

Illegal activities

Spamming, hacking, or network abuse

Activities that infringe on third-party rights

Excessive usage that degrades network performance

We reserve the right to manage traffic, throttle speeds, or suspend services where misuse occurs.

8. Service Availability and Limitations

While Utility Connect aims to provide a reliable service, internet connectivity is provided on a best-effort basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or faultless service.

Service interruptions may occur due to:

Network maintenance

Power outages

Third-party infrastructure failures

Force majeure events beyond our control

9. Support

Support channels, hours, and response times will be communicated separately.
Utility Connect is not responsible for faults caused by client-owned equipment or internal wiring.

10. Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation terms and notice periods are TBA.

Utility Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or unlawful use.

Any outstanding amounts remain payable upon termination.

11. Equipment

Any equipment supplied remains the property of Utility Connect unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are responsible for the safekeeping and return of equipment where applicable.

12. Limitation of Liability

Utility Connect shall not be liable for:

Loss of income, profits, data, or business

Indirect or consequential damages

Downtime caused by third-party providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

13. Data Protection

Utility Connect processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Client data will only be used for service delivery, billing, and legal compliance.

14. Amendments

Utility Connect may amend these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on our website and continued use of services constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available on our website.
