Yes. Every Utility Connect package — Air Fibre, Home Fibre and Business Broadband — is uncapped and unshaped. No throttling, no fair-use cliff edge, no surprise top-up bills.

No. Fibre packages are month to month. Wireless and business broadband can be taken month to month or on a 12 or 24 month contract — and the longer the term, the lower the installation fee, dropping to free on a 24 month contract.

Yes. A managed wi-fi router is included with every package, on every product line, at no extra cost.

Northlands Energy clients save up to 20% on Home Fibre. Connect 30 drops from R689 to R550, Connect 70 drops from R749 to R625, Connect 125 drops from R949 to R759 and Connect 250 drops from R1049 to R849 per month.

Home Fibre installation is free. Business Broadband installation is R2000 / R1000 / free. Air Fibre installation is R4500 / R2500 / free for home, and R5500 / R4500 / free for business, on month-to-month, 12 month and 24 month terms respectively.
